Tom Welch

Tom Welch is a board member at John Ball Zoo. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Tom started their career at Norwest Financial as a credit manager and assistant manager. Tom then spent four years at Fifth Third Bank as an officer and financial center manager. In 2001, they were promoted to vice president and middle market manager group manager. In 2002, they were again promoted to senior vice president and senior commercial executive. In 2004, they were promoted to executive vice president and retail executive. Tom left the company in 2006 to pursue other opportunities.

Tom Welch received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Northwestern University, a Certificate from The Buckley School of Public Speaking, and a Certificate from the Executive Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Tom Welch also attended St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, OH.
