Monica Kelly

Monica Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Experience at Oracle, leading a team of over 500 global engineers to create a world-class digital technology experience in a hybrid work environment. Additionally, Monica holds executive advisory positions on the boards of John Brown University and Oklahoma Baptist University. Prior to these roles, Monica was with Walmart for over a decade, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Technology, leading cross-functional mergers and acquisitions, and directing technology modernization efforts. Monica's earlier career included positions such as Strategy Manager at Wal-Mart and Travel Agent at Freedom Travel. Monica holds an MBA in Global Continuous Improvement from John Brown University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma Baptist University.
