Danielle Schumacher is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with substantial experience in customer reliability and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Reliability Engineer III at John Crane since May 2017, Danielle inspects returned mechanical seals, conducts root cause failure analysis, and provides training and solutions to enhance equipment reliability. Previously, Danielle worked at Enbridge Pipelines, first as an Associate Engineer where responsibilities included managing installations and serving as a subject matter expert in mechanical and rotating equipment, and earlier as an engineering intern in two divisions where notable contributions included developing cost models and implementing a flood prevention plan. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating in 2013.
