Ziri Chinzah

Ziri Chinzah has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. At Purdue University, Ziri worked as a Teaching Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and a Customer Service Agent. Their roles included mentoring students, researching resource planning techniques, and generating annual reports. Ziri also held positions within the ASME Purdue Chapter, serving as the Corporate Outreach Committee Chair and the Industrial Relations Officer. In these roles, they planned committee meetings, collaborated with corporate representatives, and established a Company Sponsorship Packet. Currently, Ziri is employed at John Crane as a Manufacturing Engineer Lead, where they have held several roles ranging from Production Planner to Manufacturing Engineer III. Notable achievements include leading a global project to standardize programming and coordinating action across various teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Ziri Chinzah attended Purdue University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they are also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt by the University of Oxford, which they achieved in July 2021. Furthermore, Ziri obtained the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) certification from NCEES in February 2015.
