Prasad Gavali

Prasad Gavali is currently a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. (JDTCI), a position held since July 2023, following an 8-month internship at the same company where a project focused on a three-point hitch system of a tractor was completed. Prior experience includes a trainee role at Knowhere Geomatics, involving four months of in-plant training with standard GIS software, and a summer trainee position at NAHEP-CAAST, PDKV Akola, concentrating on skill and entrepreneurship development in renewable energy. Additional summer training was completed at the Northern Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, gaining hands-on experience with various tractor systems and agricultural implements. Prasad holds a Master of Technology in Farm Machinery Power from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Dapoli. Early education was completed at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sindhudurg.
