Sulekha Bajpai

Sulekha Bajpai is a Lead UX Engineer at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. since February 2023, contributing to the refinement of design language and user-centered design principles. Previously, Sulekha served as a Senior User Experience Designer at LilacBuds, focused on designing user flows and wireframes for various products. Additional experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at Candere By Kalyan Jewellers and an Associate UX Designer at Eccentric Engine, along with a Marketing Intern position at DAPL India Pvt. Ltd. and a UI Designer role at 39IIFS, where Sulekha created branding collaterals and website designs. Sulekha holds a B.Des in Humanising Technology and Experience Design from NMIMS School of Design, completed in 2021.
