Ashley Sims

Ashley Sims has over 14 years of experience in various roles at John Deere, beginning as an intern and progressing to the position of US Production Employee Talent Acquisition Manager and Wage Hiring and Training Manager. In these managerial roles, Ashley is responsible for production hiring within the Quad Cities and oversees weld and assembly training labs. Previous positions at John Deere include Human Resources Representative and Product Test Engineer. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
