Eric Drobny

Eric Drobny is a seasoned mechanical structural hardware test engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently employed at John Deere since July 2013. Prior to this role, Eric served as a senior development engineer at Gits Mfg. from May 2008 to July 2013, where significant accomplishments included the development of a test facility on a limited budget. Other notable positions include senior staff engineer at Laird Technologies, senior project engineer at Harley-Davidson, and senior product engineer at Visteon and Ford Motor Company, where Eric led various significant projects involving performance and durability testing. Eric began a career in engineering in 1990 at Ford Motor Company, further establishing a strong foundation with roles at TRW Space and Defense and holding advanced degrees in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and California State University, Long Beach.
