Justin Rose

Justin Rose currently serves as President of Lifecycle Solutions, Supply Management & Customer Success at John Deere since November 2022. Prior to this role, Justin spent two decades at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where Justin held various leadership positions, culminating as Senior Partner & Managing Director, overseeing BCG's North American Industrial Goods business and contributing to the company's global Industrials Leadership Team. Earlier experiences include roles as an Associate to Partner and Managing Director with international assignments across Thailand, Japan, and Mexico, as well as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Justin holds an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
