Kristi Christensen

Kristi Christensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at John Deere since November 2010, holding roles such as Manager of Program Management, Operations Manager, and Factory Manager. In these positions, Kristi successfully led large teams, achieving significant improvements in safety and productivity metrics, including a 50% improvement in overall safety and a 16% increase in core productivity over three years. Kristi managed a $40 million research and development budget, delivered numerous new product programs, and introduced continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to the current tenure, Kristi served as Manufacturing Manager at John Deere from 2006 to 2008.
