Trent Perrin

Trent Perrin is an experienced arts programming professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Programming at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts since September 2021, overseeing the Fortas Chamber Music Concerts program and supporting various programming teams. Previously, Trent held roles within the Kennedy Center's programming team, including Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included managing live performances across multiple genres. Prior to this, Trent was a Public Affairs Specialist and Social Media Manager for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, and an assistant supporting Institutional Affairs at the Kennedy Center. Trent's background also includes a decade of service in the U.S. Navy as a musician, composer, and public affairs specialist, as well as experience as an instrumental music teacher with Highland Local Schools. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Kent State University and dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Education and Clarinet Performance from the University of Cincinnati.
