Paul Ashbrook, PsyD, is an experienced professional in Sport and Performance Psychology, currently serving as an Elite Coach at Valor Performance, Inc. since July 2019, where the focus is on maximizing performance under pressure for companies, teams, and individuals. Ashbrook has held various academic roles, including Fieldwork Supervisor at John F. Kennedy University and Core and Adjunct Faculty at National University, emphasizing the education of graduate interns and students in Sport Psychology. As a Mental Skills Coach at Ashbrook Performance, since January 2010, Paul has designed and implemented training programs for local athletic teams. Additional coaching experience includes serving as Assistant Men's Golf Coach at the University of San Diego and providing specialized psychological skills training for the Men's Baseball team at Cathedral Catholic High School. Paul Ashbrook earned a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of the Rockies and holds an MA in Sport and Exercise Psychology from San Diego State University, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
