Wilby J.

Wilby J. has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Wilby began their career at ServU Federal Credit Union in 2007 as an I.T. Specialist, where they developed and maintained various application systems using VB and C# in the .Net Framework. Wilby also worked on projects involving HTML, SQL, Javascript, and CSS. In 2010, Wilby joined John G. Ullman & Associates, Inc., where they held multiple roles over the years. Wilby started as a Programmer/Analyst and gradually progressed to become a Senior Programmer/Analyst. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Manager of Information Technology, responsible for overseeing the IT department. Most recently, in 2022, Wilby assumed the role of Director of Information Technology at the same company.

Wilby J. obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Jamestown Community College in the years 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, Wilby attended Corning Community College but did not complete their degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. In addition to their education, Wilby obtained certifications from Microsoft. In 2011, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, and in 2012, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional.
