Al Berg

Al Berg serves as the Director of Information Security at the John Gore Organization since July 2024, leading the organization's information security initiatives. Previously, Al held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Tassat from October 2021 to July 2024, overseeing cybersecurity efforts for a blockchain-based digital payments platform. Prior to that, Al was the Chief Information Security Officer at Endava, managing cybersecurity programs for a global provider of digital transformation services. Al's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Security Officer at Liquidnet, directing information and physical security along with enterprise risk management, and as Tech Director of Information Security at the Securities Industry Automation Corporation. Al began the career at NETLAN, which included roles that spanned a variety of technology and security functions. Educational background includes participation in the Advanced Management Program at New York University and undergraduate studies at Brooklyn College.
