Carlos Bairos

Carlos Bairos has extensive experience in IT operations and management, primarily with John Hancock since April 2007. Currently serving as Head of US IT Operations, Carlos oversees a global team of 200, managing technology solutions for various financial products while handling significant budgets. Previous roles include Value Stream Delivery Lead and Head of IT Support, where Carlos led teams in transitioning to agile methodologies and providing technical leadership across multiple business lines. Prior experience includes project management at Manulife Financial and participation in a Rotational Development Program at John Hancock. Carlos holds an MBA/MSF in Finance from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
