Caroline Brooks

Caroline Brooks currently serves as AVP & Counsel, Head of Advanced Markets at John Hancock, a position held since November 2015, where leadership of a highly experienced team of attorneys and consultants is emphasized along with contributions to the Distribution Leadership Team for driving company strategy and sales initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Associate Counsel for Special Markets and Associate Counsel at Bank of America, as well as AVP of Wealth Strategies at Lake Street Advisors, LLC. Educational achievements include a JD in Tax and Estate Planning and an MBA from Western New England University, a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University at Albany, and a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services.
