Denise Bergonzi

Denise Bergonzi is a seasoned Senior IT Director at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), with extensive experience in project management and business analysis since November 2000. In this role, Denise oversees the Technology Office's PMO, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and successful project executions. Previously, Denise served as IT Program Director, managing project priorities and teams while coordinating cross-project impacts. Additionally, Denise held the position of Director of Business Process Improvement at John Hancock, where significant achievements included the development and implementation of a performance incentive program.
