Janine Casson Msc

Janine Casson MSc has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 at NCO Group, where they held the roles of Accounts Representative and Assistant Team Leader. In 2016, they joined ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd as the ERP & IT Infrastructure Manager until 2017. During the same year, they also worked at Tandem Systems Ltd as an IT Engineer. Since 2017, Janine has been employed at John Hogg, first as an IT Engineer and currently as the Technology Change Lead.

Janine Casson MSc completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Information Security & IT Management at Edge Hill University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics & Statistics from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Janine has acquired several certifications, including (ISC)² Candidate, Prepare for the Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) Exam, Prepare for the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Exam, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, MS-030T00 Office 365 Administrator, ITIL Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management, Problem Solving Using 5 Why's, Coaching & Mentoring, Project Management, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
