Andrew Mattiske

Andrew Mattiske has extensive experience in project and engineering management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Cairns Water Security project at John Holland since January 2003. This role involves overseeing the development of essential water supply infrastructure for the Cairns community. Andrew has held various positions, including Project Manager for the QUU Regional Treatment Plant and Mechanical and Electrical Lead for the Brisbane Metro Tender. Other notable projects include the Sundrop Farms Solar Energy System, where Andrew managed commissioning and performance testing, and the Kidston Pumped Hydro Project, focusing on structural, mechanical, and piping scopes. Previous roles at Transfield Construction included Site Engineer and Project Manager on significant construction projects across Australia. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of Sydney.
