David Cummins

David Cummins has extensive experience in commercial and risk management within the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Commercial and Risk for Building at John Holland since August 2019, David previously held multiple senior positions at Lendlease from September 1998 to July 2019, including Senior Commercial and Risk Manager for the Crown Sydney Hotel Resort and Head of Commercial and Risk for Barangaroo South. Additional roles at Lendlease encompassed Group Risk and Insurance Manager, NSW Regional Finance Manager, VIC/SA Regional Finance Manager, and Commercial Manager on notable projects such as the Sydney Olympic Athletes Village and Aurora Place in Sydney. David holds a degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
