Duane Nielsen

Duane Nielsen is an experienced safety and operational management professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Currently serving as an Operational Safety Manager at John Holland since February 2022, previous roles include Safety Manager and Senior Safety Advisor for tunnel operations. Duane has also held the position of Safety Manager for NSW at Altus Traffic Australia and National HSE Manager at Terratest Pty Ltd, where significant contributions included enhancing safety culture and implementing comprehensive safety processes across multiple states.
