Megan Hardy

Megan Hardy is currently serving as Training Academy Coordinator and Training Systems and Apprenticeships Coordinator at John Holland since August 2023. Previously, Megan held the position of Learning and Development Coordinator at The GPT Group from July 2022 to August 2023 and at Ausgrid from August 2019 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Training Administrator on the Sydney Metro 2 Project at John Holland, where responsibilities included managing induction, onboarding, and the Sydney Metro Industry Curriculum booking space. Additional roles include serving as a National contact centre agent at Broadspectrum, gaining extensive customer service skills, and working as a waitress at Mannelli's Cafe. Volunteering at the Australian Wildlife Conservancy helped develop communication and presentation skills while advocating for wildlife conservation. Early experience as Party Chief at Lollipop's Playland and Cafe involved cash handling and customer service duties. Megan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal and Veterinary Bioscience from the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2015.
