Melissa Ke

Melissa Ke is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at John Holland, focusing on the Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package. In this role, Melissa provides strategic HR recommendations, develops and implements policies, and supports performance management initiatives. Previously, as an HR/IR Advisor for the Waterloo Integrated Station Development, Melissa led HR and industrial relations efforts, facilitated workforce development, and collaborated with safety teams on wellbeing initiatives.
