Rashini Gunathilaka

Rashini Gunathilaka is a Site Engineer at John Holland since April 2023, contributing to the Western Harbour Tunnel project with expertise in construction monitoring and tunnel waterproofing. Previously, Rashini held positions as a Junior Engineer for the same project and as a Site Engineer for JDK Geotech on the M6 Stage 1, focusing on geotechnical mapping and ground condition assessment. Rashini's experience includes a role as a Student Traffic Engineer for Inner West Council and involvement in various educational and mentoring initiatives in engineering. Rashini holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) in Structural Engineering from Western Sydney University, along with advanced and diploma qualifications from TAFE NSW.
