Rocky Wang

Rocky Wang is an experienced cost planning manager currently holding a position at John Holland since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing cost planning for the T2D project and leading the establishment of cost planning procedures. Previously, Rocky served as a Cost Planning Lead and Senior Estimator at John Holland, emphasizing the integration of BIM technology into cost planning practices across multiple projects. Earlier professional experiences include roles as an Estimator/Cost Planner at Laing O'Rourke, where notable projects involved major tenders and cost planning for various infrastructure developments. Rocky’s career began with positions at CICG Pty Ltd as an Estimator and Civic Construction Group Pty Limited as a Cadet Estimator, with foundational experiences in sales and product development at APL and NANPAO RESIN, respectively. Education includes a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Bond University and an MBA from National Sun Yat-Sen University, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from National Chung Hsing University.
