Yan Xu

Yan Xu possesses extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as General Manager Tax at John Holland since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing tax affairs for CCCI Australia and enhancing business awareness of tax compliance and risk mitigation. Previous roles at John Holland included Group Manager - Tax and Senior Taxation Adviser, involving high-profile projects like the sale of John Holland by the CIMIC Group. Prior to this, Yan worked at EY as an International Tax Manager, providing comprehensive international tax advice and engaging in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Yan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
