Donald Young

Donald Young currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Race Rock since November 2020, while also holding the position of Founder and Managing Member at Race Rock Group since September 2008. Additionally, Donald is a member of the Board of Directors for John I. Haas, Inc., NPK, and Gulf Capital Bank. Past experience includes serving as a Board Member and Chairman and Chief Executive of Hoover Ferguson, as well as an Executive in Residence at Warburg Pincus LLC and Vice President at Citigroup Venture Capital. Donald began the career as an Analyst at Bank of America and has been involved in venture capital and private equity at Sciens Capital Management. Educational background includes an A.B. in Government from Harvard University, along with studies at Universidad de Salamanca and a semester aboard Semester at Sea.
