Throughout their career, Paul has managed numerous high-profile projects including hospitals, government buildings, police stations, schools, and footbridges. Paul Booker BEM has demonstrated expertise in project management, property management, compliance, forecasting, and budgeting.
Paul Booker BEM began their education at West London College in 1985, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Builder/Surveyor in 1997. Alongside their academic achievements, Paul also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1995, they became a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). In 2008, they obtained the Technical Member certification from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Additionally, in 2009, Paul became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Management Institute.
