Geethika Nayanaprabha

Geethika Nayanaprabha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering. Currently serving as A. Manager Operational Excellence at John Keells Holdings PLC since June 2023, Geethika previously held the position of Project Engineer at Dilmah Tea from December 2020 to July 2023. Before that, Geethika worked as a Chemical/Industrial Engineer at NMK Holdings Private Limited from October 2016 to January 2020, and started the career as a Trainee Chemical Engineer at Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Ltd. from October 2014 to April 2015. Geethika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire (2020-2021) and a degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa (2011-2015).
