Prior to this role, Stan held the position of Executive Director at Consulate Health Care from November 2020 to October 2021 and at Mary Wade from September 2017 to November 2020. Stan also has extensive experience in nursing home administration, having served as a Nursing Home Administrator at Ryders Health Management, Apple Rehab, and Spectrum Healthcare between 2009 and 2017.
