Lisa Fahnholz

Lisa Fahnholz, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Benefits Compensation and Health at John Knox Village since October 2022. Previous roles include Director of HR Operations at CZ-USA during its transition from Kansas City to West Hartford, CT, and Human Resources Manager at M.A. Metal Resources, LLC. Lisa has also held positions such as Business Operations Manager at Metro Air Conditioning Co., Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager at MMC Corp, and Office/HR Manager at MW Builders, Inc. and Helix Architecture + Design. Additionally, Lisa owned DL Designworks and LJF Consulting, focusing on financial and marketing management and developing recruiting strategies for the IT sector.
