Emily Wells

Emily Wells is currently serving as the Pan-Partnership Head of Loyalty at John Lewis Partnership since June 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Tesco from June 2018 to June 2023, including Head of Loyalty Strategy and Head of Proposition- Loyalty. Earlier experience includes roles as Head Of Commercial and Senior Commercial Manager at Studio-104 from April 2014 to June 2018, and as a Senior Consultant specializing in Retail and Consumer at KPMG Boxwood from August 2011 to April 2014. Emily also worked as a Buyer at Tesco and MS Retail, and began a career as a Buyer at Great Little Trading Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in English & Philosophy from The University of Sheffield and A levels from South Wilts Grammar School.
