Helen Green

Helen Green holds the Associate CIPD qualification and has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management roles, primarily at John Lewis Partnership since June 2021, where responsibilities have included managing talent acquisition teams and developing strategies and policies. Prior to this, Helen held various managerial positions at John Lewis & Partners and was involved in operations and merchandising. Experience also includes assistant managerial roles at Waitrose & Partners and Boots UK, along with administrative roles at the UK Ministry of Justice. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 HR Management Certificate, a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cardiff University.
