Kristie McMahon

Kristie McMahon is an experienced professional in the financial services and marketing sectors, currently serving as Senior Commercial Manager for Credit Cards at John Lewis Partnership since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kristie spent over 18 years at HSBC, holding several senior positions including Senior Global Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Customer Propositions Manager, Senior Customer Experience Manager, Senior Credit and Debit Card Product Manager, and Senior Mortgage Product Manager. Kristie also held the role of Cobrand and Affinity Cards Manager at HBoS and gained earlier marketing experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management and as a Marketing Manager at Canopy International. Kristie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Bournemouth University.
