Neil Marshall

Neil Marshall has over two decades of experience in the John Lewis Partnership, where currently serving as a Configuration Consultant specializing in Workday Payroll and Salesforce. In this role, Neil operates as a Salesforce Administrator for the People and Financial Service Centre. Prior to this, Neil contributed as a Personnel Data Analyst during the implementation of Workday, analyzing and cleansing data for seamless migration from legacy systems. Additional experience includes supervising the Oracle Financials and IT Service Desks, providing 2nd and 3rd line support as an Application Support Engineer, and guiding personnel systems users as a Support Desk Analyst. Earlier experience at John Lewis involved managing various departments as a Section Manager, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Neil holds a background in education from Luton Sixth Form College and Lealands High School.
