Zoe Hailey

Zoe Hailey has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Technical Lead for Policy & Benefits at John Lewis Partnership since August 2013, where leadership involves managing a team of HR Specialists to provide compliant advice to 90,000 employees and managers. Prior to this, Zoe worked as a Business Partner and Department Manager for Personnel Policy at Waitrose from 2010 to August 2013. Education includes a Project Fundamentals Qualification from the Association for Project Management, a Certificate in Global Business Services from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from CIPD and University of Leeds. Zoe completed secondary education at Prospect Secondary School from 1992 to 1999.
