Joseph Timko

Joseph Timko is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently, Joseph serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at John Marshall Bank since April 2015. Previously, Joseph held the position of VP - Information Security Officer at Cardinal Bank for a brief period in late 2014 and served as the Chief Technology Officer at Virginia Heritage Bank from March 2006 to November 2014. Prior to these roles, Joseph was the VP - Chief Technology Officer at Resource Bank from November 1993 to March 2006 and began a career in banking as the Assistant Branch Manager at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Hamilton from July 1987 to November 1993. Joseph's academic background includes studies at Northern Virginia Community College and the University of Phoenix.
