Kristin Norris

Kristin Norris has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Kristin started their career at Gerdau in 2011 as a Credit Administrator. Kristin then moved on to The Business Bank in 2012, where they worked as a Deposit Operations Specialist for two years. In 2014, they joined Cardinal Bank as a Loan Operations Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Consumer Loan Specialist. In 2016, they became a Real Estate Credit Analyst at the same company. In 2017, they joined United Bank Inc as a Portfolio Manager. In 2018, they moved to John Marshall Bank, where they held the position of Portfolio Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Commercial Lender/CRE Team Lead at the same company. Throughout their career, Kristin has gained expertise in portfolio management, loan operations, credit analysis, and commercial lending.

Kristin Norris obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Florida State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Kristin later pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at George Mason University from 2017 to 2019.
