Melanie Williams

Melanie Williams, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at John Marshall Bank since February 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie held the same title at The Harbor Bank of Maryland for nearly 14 years, from September 2009 to February 2023. With a strong focus on providing executive leadership and direction in human resources operations, Melanie ensures that initiatives align with business objectives and is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures. Melanie is an alumna of Notre Dame of Maryland University.
