Hailey Hakeman

Hailey Hakeman started their work experience at Martin Insurance Group "ImMartin" in 2014 as a Broker Support Representative. Hailey resolved customer issues, typed memos and correspondence, and handled insurance claims and billing discrepancies. From there, they became a Team Lead in the Broker Support department, managing high-level clients and analyzing service reports. Hailey later transitioned to the Training & Development department, where they developed training programs and conducted training sessions. In 2018, Hailey moved on to John Masters Organics as a Customer & Wholesale Support representative. Hailey responded to inquiries, coordinated sales efforts, and sold products to customers. Hailey then progressed to roles with increasing responsibility, including Sales Coordinator, Domestic Wholesale Account & Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Sales & Business Development. In their current position, they manage brands, distribution channels, and sales deployment in the US and Canadian markets.

Hailey Hakeman completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business at Middlesex College from 2015 to 2018. Hailey then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General at Rutgers University, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.
