Nicole Hiebert

Nicole Hiebert, PhD, RN, currently serves as the Program Manager for Nursing Excellence at John Muir Health, where responsibilities include clinical supervision and patient care in the medical-surgical acute care setting. Previously, Nicole held positions such as Registered Nurse II in neuro/stroke telemetry at Eisenhower Medical Center and Clinical Nurse 2 in surgical care for kidney transplant and head and neck surgeries at UCLA Health. Additionally, Nicole has experience as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Azusa Pacific University, teaching an undergraduate nursing course. Education includes a PhD in Nursing Science and Healthcare Leadership from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from The University of Alabama.
