Associate Director, Construction at John Paul Construction

Gary joined John Paul Construction in 2016 as a Contracts Manager to lead their Mission Critical business and progressed to Associate Director in 2021. Gary graduated from UCD in 2001 with a BA (Hons) and subsequently completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, a Diploma in Construction Law and an Executive MBA from LJMU. He is also a member of the CIOB. Gary has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Industry, working for leading Main Contractors and has been involved in some of Irelands most prestigious projects. Within JPC, Gary has led the growth and expansion of their Mission Critical department, delivering in excess of 100MW’s of IT load both in Ireland and the Middle East. He has also delivered critical infrastructure projects such as 110kV GIS Substations from SID Application to Hand-Off and Gas Generation solutions. Gary’s sector experience includes Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial new builds and fit-outs. Gary has a proven track record for delivering multi-disciplinary projects on a fast track basis within budget and on schedule. He is also recognised for continually delivering high quality projects safely, and building strong relationships with clients, design teams and supply chain through collaboration and effective open communication.
