John Moran

John joined John Paul Construction in 2014 as Contracts Manager and was promoted to Construction Director in 2019. He graduated from DIT Bolton Street with an honours degree in structural engineering and has over 26 years’ experience in the industry covering a broad range of sectors including commercial, retail, hotel & leisure, residential and general property development. Prior to joining John Paul Construction, John worked for both construction companies and property developers giving him an in-depth understanding of the industry from both the contractor and Client side. John is a hands-on manager and is fully committed to working in collaboration with all project stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met and exceeded.
