Caroline Gavin is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at John Paul since November 2013. Previously, Caroline held various roles at John Paul, including Human Resources Project Manager, Operations & Service Delivery Manager, and Concierge Team Lead. In addition to this extensive corporate experience, Caroline operated as a self-employed Content Creator and Small Business Strategist from January 2010 to November 2022, managing content marketing and copywriting projects while applying SEO best practices.
