Janelle Banaga Fallon

Janelle Banaga Fallon has extensive experience in the hospitality and concierge industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Concierge at John Paul since November 2013, where leadership of a global team of 14 concierges has enhanced service for over 140,000 employees. Janelle's previous roles include International Concierge Manager, North American Supervisor, and Concierge/Travel Agent at John Paul, focusing on client satisfaction and team development. Prior experience includes serving as a Cocktail Server at Thunder Valley Casino Resort and as VIP Service Manager/Promotions at 9 Group | Palms Casino. Janelle also spent over a decade as Head Instructor at United Spirit Association, teaching cheerleading and motivating young athletes. Janelle pursued studies at City College of San Francisco and Skyline College from 2000 to 2003.
