Erika Jones

Erika Jones has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Erika started their career in 2003 as a Solution Delivery Consultant at Cerner Corporation. Erika then moved on to Louisiana State University Health Science Center, where they worked as a Coordinator in the Medical Service Area from 2004 to 2006.

In 2006, Erika joined the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, where they held multiple positions. Erika began as an Executive Associate/Financial Analyst and worked their way up to becoming the Director of Budget and Financial Analysis. Their responsibilities included preparing financial reports for committees and boards, monitoring budget variances, and tracking fund requests and transfers.

Since 2016, Erika has been with JPS Health Network, initially serving as the Director of Business Operations for the Community Health Center. Erika then became the Executive Director of Business Operations for the same department before taking on their current role as the Executive Director of Network Business Operations.

Erika Jones earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University in 2001. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued further education at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, earning their Master of Health Administration degree, specializing in Health Administration.
