Ismael Sanchez possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and process improvement, with a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple healthcare organizations. Most recently, Ismael served as the Director of HRIS and Integration at JPS Health Network. Prior to this, Ismael held the position of Director of OTM Process Improvement and ERP at Parkland Health, and worked at CHRISTUS Health in various capacities, including HRIS Manager, ETL Developer, and HRIS Lead. Ismael began the HRIS career as an HRIS Coordinator at Christus Spohn Health System.
