Joe Richardson

Joe Richardson has extensive experience in the telecommunications and network engineering fields, currently serving as a Sr Voice Network Specialist at JPS Health Network since April 2004, where responsibilities include provisioning voice, fax, and security systems, as well as resolving communication issues across various departments. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Network Engineer at MCI Telecommunications from October 1985 to February 2004 and served as a Traffic Signal Specialist for the City of Fort Worth from February 1983 to April 1985, managing traffic signaling maintenance. Joe also gained valuable experience as a Signalman at Santa Fe Railway Co from December 1977 to October 1982, focusing on railway signaling systems in West Texas, and served in the U.S. Army as an E-5 Airborne Ranger from April 1971 to April 1974, with a focus on reconnaissance. Educational credentials include studies at Dallas Baptist University and Texas A&M.
