Leslie Fair Ray

Leslie Fair Ray, MHA, LSSGB has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Leslie began their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative at C.C. CREATIONS. In 2011, they joined Texas A&M- School of Public Health as an MHA student, and concurrently served as an Administrative Coordinator/Credentialing Director at The Physicians Centre until 2014. Leslie then worked as an Administrative Intern at UAB Hospital in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they gained valuable experience at UAB Medicine, where they held multiple roles including Administrative Fellow, Rehab Services Administrator, and Director of Radiology. Currently, Leslie is serving as the Director of Surgery Specialty at JPS Health Network, a position they have held since 2018.

Leslie Fair Ray, MHA, LSSGB holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management that was obtained from the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Leslie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
