Robert LaRoche PLA, PE has an extensive background in landscape architecture, environmental design, and civil engineering. With experience spanning multiple companies and organizations, Robert has held various positions such as Resident Engineer, Technical Resources Team Leader, and Landscape Architect. Currently, Robert is actively involved in the Transportation Research Board, serving on the Landscape and Environmental Design Committee as well as the Roadside Maintenance Committee. Robert's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business from Husson University, a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Contracting from Mississippi State University, and an Associate's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Farmingdale.
